Cancellation policy

Our products have an auto-ship option that many of our customers enjoy.  You can cancel or change your autoship schedule at any time for any reason … and we make it super simple to do!

We also send you a reminder email 1 day prior to the autoship date in case you need to make any adjustments or cancel.

All you need to do to cancel -> is call our call center, where we will put you on hold for at least 45 minutes, route your call through a machine that doesn’t understand anything until you start yelling and cussing at it … then connect you to 5 different agents from 5 different countries who will also not understand you and read you a long script about why you shouldn’t cancel.  If you make it passed that, we’ll then connect you with someone trained at telling you what a horrible person you are for cancelling an autoship program for your dog’s health … and then we’ll cancel it for you.

Lol … just kidding.    

Canceling or updating is super simple – you can call, email, or just do it yourself.

How to cancel or update an autoship schedule yourself

Step 1: Login to our website (link)

Step 2: Go to the my account section of the website (link

Step 3: On the left hand side of the my account page, you will see a link for “Autoship Schedules”.  Click that.  You should see something like this:

Red Box: You can change the date of your next shipment / bill date. Just click it it and change it to whatever you want.

Orange Box: You can remove any item(s) from your schedule.  If you only have 1 item on autoship and just want to cancel, don’t do this … you’ll just click the puple box for “delete schedule”.  This orange box is for those who have multiple items on autoship … and want to remove 1 of the items from their schedule.

Blue Box: You can add items(s) to your schedule.

Green Box: The coupon code you used in the initial transaction should automatically carry through to the future autoship orders.  But if you find a new or different coupon code you want to use, you have the ability to do so really easily.

Purple Box: This is how you cancel the autoship schedule.  Simple, right? 

How to change your payment method:

To change your payment method, you need to first click on “PAYMENT METHODS” on the left menu bar (shown above in the teal box). 

You can then add a new or different payment method there. 

Then you can go back into your autoship schedules (shown above in the red box) and change your payment method to the new payment method that you just created.
