Here are a few items from our terms and conditions to be aware of:

  • No targeting discount keywords such as ‘vital paws promo code’.
  • No bidding on Vital Paws or Paws Fur Cause keywords on Bing, Yahoo, Google, or any other advertising platform.
  • No spam.
  • No google ads promotions.
  • No direct linking with payment links.
  • Never use any images or videos that you do not own. You are forbidden from using any imagery that would imply any endorsement without the written consent from the appropriate parties.
  • You may not create webpages, social media pages, or accounts that falsely represent you as the creator or owner of Vital Paws.
  • You may not bypass Vital Paws pages to generate orders.In other words, no direct linking to cart or order forms from any ads or landing pages. The customer must see our offer as presented by us prior to landing in the cart.
  • We reserve the right to discontinue your account for any reason, but the above points are the most common reasons for getting banned.

How does the program work?

The vital paws business account program allows you to earn commission off of every sale generated through your network.When you refer a customer to us, and that customer makes a purchase with your exclusive affiliate link, we say THANK YOU by giving you a commission. How do people receive their product? We take care of processing, fulfillment and customer service. We say thank you by sending you your commissions directly via check or direct deposit.It’s that easy.You will receive 30% commission on purchases you refer.Lifetime commissions will be paid out on subscriptions, meaning you will get paid each and every month for subscribers your referred for the life time of their subscription.

How do I know I will be paid for my referral?

The program is powered by Post Affiliate Pro tracking software. Post Affiliate Pro uses a unique link for each partner to track referrals for best possible reliability. When the visitor follows your affiliate link to our site, our affiliate system registers this referral and places and credits commission to your account. This process is absolutely automatic. All your referrals will be properly tracked.
In the footer of our website, there is a link to our “affiliate portal”.This is where you can access all your reporting and commissions.

How do I setup an account?

How do I quality?

Anyone may submit an application; however, we are seeking passionate members in the fitness/wellness community and/or pet communities with an active social media presence. We do reserve the right to refuse membership or revoke membership any time if we deem it contains or links to objectionable material. Objectionable material includes, but is not limited to, pornography, explicit language or content, violence, discrimination, promotion of illegal activities, violation of intellectual property rights or laws, libelous, defamatory or disparaging materials, or sites with little or no original content.

Can I take the order on my website?

No.We want to ensure your visitors get the most up-to-date information and ordering options available from Vital Paws. In addition, a customer’s contact and billing information is crucial to our ability to offer excellent customer service. Let Vital Paws take care of everything, then sit back and enjoy the benefits.

When do I get paid?

We pay commissions by the 15th of every month.
Please account for a 30 day return window on all orders.Commissions are earned after the return window has expired.For example, if your customer orders from us on August 25th, your commission is earned on September 25th (when the return window has expired).September commissions are paid in October.This helps us prevent potential fraud.
You must have at least $50 in commission accumulated in order to be paid.If you are under $50, don’t worry … your commissions will just keep rolling into the following months until you have accumulated at least $50.

If I refer someone else to be a business account, can I earn money on that persons sales to their customers?

We do have a select number of sales representatives who job it is to help us get new affiliates.We look for experienced sales reps with an existing network capable of quickly gaining at least 25 new business accounts.If you think you can meet this criteria, please email us for more information at [email protected]
